The firm consulted the Communication regulatory body in the course of the Third National TV license tender. ANG provided legal consultancy in the preparation and conduct of the bid procedure and was the legal representative of the State Commission before the Supreme Administrative Court in the course of the appeal submitted against the decision of the Commission (2003-2004);

The firm provided full scope legal services to Ecopack Bulgaria AD, the first Bulgarian recovery organization, member of Pro Europe Family, which was founded in 2004 by 18 multinational companies. Among these are Coca Cola, Pepsi, Unilever, Carlsberg, Danone, Procter & Gamble, etc. (2003 – ongoing);

ANG was one of the partners in the consortium (with leader “Shlumberger Sema”, Belgium), funded by the PHARE Project „Strategic Policy-Making and Co-ordination, Bulgaria“, whose beneficiary is the Council of Ministers. The project started in September 2003 with a budget amounting to Euro 2.000.000. Its general objective was to strengthen the capacity of public, state and local administration in using modern methods for policy making, coordination, impact assessment and evaluation of implementation of better administrative policies (2003-2004);

ANG provided full range legal services to the French Company Danone in respect to its business operations in Bulgarian. The work we carried was complex in nature, including: corporate, commercial, tax, real estate, competition, IP law issues (2003-ongoing);

ANG conducted due diligence upon a planned acquisition of two Bulgarian enterprises on behalf of Gebrüder Heinemann GmbH, Germany (2003);

ANG rendered legal services to some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in respect to their business operations in Bulgaria, such as: Sanofi Pasteur, Baxter, Novozymes (2000-ongoing);

ANG acted as legal counselor to Europart Holding GmbH - Germany in connection with the company’s business in the country (1996-ongoing);

ANG provided full range legal services to Pain D’OR AD, food industries company (2003-ongoing);

ANG acted as a legal consultant to Sofia Airport EAD on loan contracts and negotiations with EIB, Luxembourg and the Kuwait Fund, Kuwait in relation to the Airport Infrastructure Refinement - “Sofia Airport Reconstruction, Development and Extension Projects“/LotB1 + LotB2/ (1997-2004);

Arsov Natchev Ganeva acted as legal consultant to Sofia Airport EAD under a legal services agreement including airport and commercial activities related to the exploit of the airport, as well as preparation of tender and competition documents as to the assignment of the former. (1997-2004);

Arsov Natchev Ganeva represented number of aviation operators. Among them are: IATA, the European Association of Aviation Companies, Air France, Hemus Air, Al Italia (2001-ongoing);

ANG rendered legal advice to Export- Import Bank, Hungary - in connection with financial projects of the Bank in Bulgaria. Our law office has been assigned to work out a Special Pledge Agreement securing the granted bank credit to a large international holding (2002-ongoing);

ANG represented “River energy” AD in the Project “Kunino”HPP“– construction of a Hydro Power Plant located in Iskar river valley (2000-2006);

The firm advised “Luky Energy” AD in connection with the construction of a Hydro Power Plant in Struma River valley - Project “Luky” HPP (2003);

ANG was the legal advisors of a company specialized in the construction and the support of Hydro Power Plants, which has accomplished considerable number of projects assigned by the National Electric Company as part of Rila Group Hydro Power Plants. (2000-2004);
