ANG advised the Ministry of Transport in respect to the preparation of the legal framework for the pending at that time Concession procedure of the Varna and Bourgas airports. Our law firm had a notable role in the team assigned to work out a financially viable and applicable strategy on the concession or possible privatization of Varna and Bourgas airports. This project was implemented in cooperation with Barents Group – KPMG and funded by USAID (2002-2004);

ANG rendered legal advice to Export- Import Bank, Hungary - in connection with financial projects of the Bank in Bulgaria. Our law office has been assigned to work out a Special Pledge Agreement securing the granted bank credit to a large international holding (2002-ongoing);

The firm advised Bulgarian–American Credit Bank on insolvency issues and debt restructuring as well as on recovery plan elaboration (2002);

ANG acted as a legal consultant to Sofia Airport EAD on loan contracts and negotiations with EIB, Luxembourg and the Kuwait Fund, Kuwait in relation to the Airport Infrastructure Refinement - “Sofia Airport Reconstruction, Development and Extension Projects“/LotB1 + LotB2/ (1997-2004);

Arsov Natchev Ganeva acted as legal consultant to Sofia Airport EAD under a legal services agreement including airport and commercial activities related to the exploit of the airport, as well as preparation of tender and competition documents as to the assignment of the former. (1997-2004);

ANG represented “River energy” AD in the Project “Kunino”HPP“– construction of a Hydro Power Plant located in Iskar river valley (2000-2006);

ANG was the legal advisors of a company specialized in the construction and the support of Hydro Power Plants, which has accomplished considerable number of projects assigned by the National Electric Company as Group of Rila Hydro Power Plants. (2000-2004);

ANG acted as legal a counsellor to Europart Holding GmbH - Germany in connection with the company’s business in the country (1996-ongoing);
