ANG have acted as a legal counsellor to Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux Group, France. We have assured legal guidance through the whole course of the concession project “Water and Waste Water Concession Project – ViK, Sofia“ from the pre-qualification documentation draft to the very closure of the procedure (1998-2000);

Our team advised the PA on the privatization deal of DZI - EAD /Bulgarian Insurance Agency/. On this project we worked in cooperation with Deloitte&Touche Bulgaria and the British law firm ALTHEIMER GREY, London (2000-2001);

The firm provided legal and financial advise services to the UBB – a member of the team of consultants selected by the Privatization Agency for the project - “Contract for assignment of activities related to the preparation for privatization of minority blocks of shares in the state insurance institute – DZI SPJSC, Sofia; Navigation Maritime Bulgare Spjsc, Varna; oil and gas exploration and mining Spjsc, Pleven; Other partners in the Consortium were renowned companies such as “NBG NTERNATIONAL LIMITED”, London, ”Bulbrokers” JSCo, Sofia (2000-2001);

ANG assisted Hemus Mark AD – buy out negotiations, due diligence, assistance and preparation of a sale and purchase agreement on behalf of Breviller Urban Schreibwarenfabrik Gesellschaft m.b.H, Austria (2000);

ANG rendered legal services to some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in respect to their business operations in Bulgaria such as: Аventis Pastuer, Baxter, Novozymes (2000-ongoing);

ANG has been advising the owners of HPP in their operation activities, including - reconstruction, modernization and exploitation of - “Eko energy”AD (2000);

ANG represented “River energy” AD in the Project “Kunino”HPP– construction of a Hydro Power Plant located in Iskar river valley (2000-2006);

ANG was the legal advisors of a company specialized in the construction and the support of Hydro Power Plants, which has accomplished considerable number of projects assigned by the National Electric Company as part of the Rila Group Hydro Power Plants. (2000-2004);

ANG acted as legal counsellors to Banque Cantonale Vaudoise - providing legal advice on various legal aspects concerning the issuance of commercial assignations to the order of the Bank (2000);

We acted as legal counsellor to for FordCredit Merger Project – negotiations, due diligence, assistance in respect of the legal aspects of the merger;

ANG acted as s legal counsellor on behalf of investors before the Privatization Agency and all other competent authorities in relation to the privatization procedures of a number of hydro power plants in Bulgaria, including: Leshtniza HPP and Petrovo HPP (2000);

Our law office has prepared full scope analysis on behalf of Kirsdorfer Group, Austria, to the legal framework with regard to the concession on “Rudina Gravel and Sand – Pit”, Chelopechene – Dolni Bogrov Region of Bulgaria (1999);

The firm represented Nord Immobilien GmbH privatization agent of the Privatization Agency for Pull “Electronica” - comprising number of enterprises from the Bulgarian Electronic Industry (1999);

ANG consulted Western Union-Bulgaria Ltd. – elaborating a complete funding scheme for the establishment of a non-banking financial institution (1999);

The firm represented International Financial Corporation (IFC) on a Merge combined with privatization of LekoKo JSC, Radomir with Heavy Machinery, Radomir (1998-1999).;

Members of our team were actively involved in the ABA CEELI Project – “Ethics Code of the Lawyer”; (1999-2000);

ANG participated in the project “Approximation of the Legislation in the field of International (Interstate) Adoption“. The British Council ensured the funding for the project. (1999);

The firm participated in the PHARE Project – “Legal Review for the operation of the prospective EU SME Fund”; assignment done for the Delegation of the Commission of EU in Sofia. (1999);

The firm participated in the project “Legal Review of Agricultural Capital Fund Scheme “ and “Agreement between the Managing body of the Scheme and the Cooperatives “– assignments done for the Technical Assistance Team of the PHARE program, Agricultural Capital Fund Scheme, Sofia. (1999);

ANG was a member of the Legal Team of the Project “Strengthening Citizen Participation in the Privatization Process”. (Funded, USAID, Washington) - Project manager, legal survey of the Commercial and Corporate Law (1999);

ANG assured legal consultancy for the Privatization Agency on some fragments of Balkan Airlines privatization procedure (1998);

ANG rendered legal advice to the PA for the privatization of Agropolyhim EAD. Our work included: consultations, implemented together with BNP Paribas and in particular the Bank Escrow Account institution as a guarantee to the State (1998);

Arsov Natchev Ganeva was the legal advisor of Aer Rianta Consulting, the contractor in the project for extension of Sofia Airport funded by EU under the PHARE programme (1998-1999);

ANG participated in the Phare Project “Against Trafficking of Women” – Comparative study of European and other International acts (conventions) and the Bulgarian legislation. (1998);

ANG assured full scope legal services to Demirbank Bulgaria AD – in relation to the establishment of a local branch in Sofia, Bulgaria (1997);

The firm consulted EP Kapital Group AS – regarding the participation of Fores Bank, The Check Republic in the AKB FORES- Industrial Concern. Additionally our law office advised them on debt collection and debt restructuring issues (1997-1998);

ANG acted as a legal consultant to Sofia Airport EAD on loan contracts and negotiations with EIB, Luxembourg and the Kuwait Fund, Kuwait in relation to the Airport Infrastructure Refinement - “Sofia Airport Reconstruction, Development and Extension Projects“/LotB1 + LotB2/ (1997-2004);

Arsov Natchev Ganeva acted as legal consultant to Sofia Airport EAD under a legal services agreement including airport and commercial activities related to the exploit of the airport, as well as preparation of tender and competition documents as to the assignment of the former. (1997-2004);

ANG furnished Kreditanstalt-Bankverein - Sofia with legal consultations on the concession relationships occurred during the Sodi Devnja EAD privatization (1997);

ANG acted as legal a counsellor to Europart Holding GmbH - Germany in connection with the company’s business in the country (1996-ongoing);

ANG represented number of international and domestic companies in the process of the privatization of large state-owned enterprises, such as: Alen Mak AD Plovdiv, Balkan Airlines, Bulgarian Match Kostenec AD, Poligraphia AD, Prosveta Publishing House OOD, Heavi Mashinery AD Radomir, OMZ Sofia, etc. (1996-2000);

ANG provided legal services to number of big Bulgarian industrial and service companies in the course of their daily commercial operations, such as: Heavy Machinery Radomir, Alen Mak Plovdiv, Pharmacia Dupnisa, Sofia Airport, etc. (1996-2000);

ANG was a legal counsellor to: Bank for Credits in Agriculture (in insolvency), Mineralbank AD (in insolvency) and Private Agricultural&Investment Bank AD (in insolvency). Our work includes: debt restructuring and debt collection, court defense; legal help with recovery plan production, etc. (1996-1999);
