ANG provides legal services to investors in the energy sector assisting them in the setting up of appropriate legal structure necessary for the construction and operation of new Power Plants in Bulgaria. Our work consists of negotiations, preparation and processing of applications for government approvals, project finance matters, tax structures, environment regulations, sale and distribution of electricity.
