Arsov Natchev Ganeva and the European Union Law Institute Contributed to the first extensive study of the EU legislation and institutions published in the Bulgarian language titled “Institutional Law of the European Union”.

The author Jean-Paul Jacqué is a law professor at the College of Europe in Bruges, Catholic University of Leuven, and The European Research Institute at the Brussels Open University. 

Mr. Jean-Paul Jacqué is correspondent member of the European Law Institute in Sofia.
