ANG successful in a highly controversial case

Arsov Natchev Ganeva defended Ecopack Bulgaria in the highly controversial dispute with the Competition Protection Commission (Ecopack Bulgaria vs Competition Protection of Bulgaria). The Supreme Administrative Court in a final decision quashed the order of the Commission and held Ecopack Bulgaria harmless in  abuse of dominant position allegations.

The case involved interpretation of the most recent issues argued in the EU courts concerning the interrelation between antitrust and IP laws.
