Vladimir Natchev is a partner who has more than 10 years of professional experience as an attorney-at-law. He has been consulting foreign and domestic clients in the field of company and corporate law, insolvency procedures and litigation, banking law and bank insolvency procedures, commercial and contractual law and European law. He participated in the parliamentary legislative commission on insolvency and in various EU-funded projects in the field of harmonization of the Bulgarian insolvency legislation with the EC regulations.

Mr. Natchev has worked for NGOs on several projects related to the preservation of human rights and to the implementation of mechanisms of prevention of torture against civilians. He specialized at the Center for Torture and Survivors in Athens, Greece, at the Institute Henry Dunand and Swiss Red Cross, at the International Committee of Red Cross in Notwil, Switzerland and at the Institute for Security and International Studies in Sofia. Mr. Natchev accomplished a training in Moscow District Court and District Attorney Office in Russia. He specialized in refugee law in Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Natchev worked as a legal expert at the Privatization Agency and specialized at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce. Clients in major matters have included Danone, Eurocopter, Armaris, Sanofi Pasteur, Air France. He is author of various publications such as “L’harmonisation et l’unification de droit des affaires dans l’Union Europeenne”, 1996, Sofia, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, “Application of insolvency procedure and analysis of insolvability”, 2004, ABA CEELI, USAID and others.

Vladimir Natchev graduated from the Sofia University with a Master degree in law and from the University of Nancy with a LL.M. degree in European law and integration. He has specialized in banking law, privatization, litigation and comparative law. Mr. Natchev is a member of the Sofia Bar Association. He speaks English, French and Russian.
