Milena Georgieva practices in the areas of German law, European law and private international law. Her specialty is commercial law, company law and securities regulation. She has advised major international and domestic clients including Alpine Mayreder Bau GmbH, Danone, BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, Radio France International, the Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and Water etc.

Ms Georgieva studied law at the universities of Sofia and Heidelberg, Germany. She graduated from the University of Heidelberg where she passed the state examination in 2004. At the University of Heidelberg she was awarded an achievement scholarship. She has additional qualifications in the field of the Anglo-American law system as part of the academic program Master of Comparative Law Mannheim/Adelaide. Ms Georgieva worked as a trainee at two German law firms and as a law clerk at the district court in the city of Mannheim, Germany.
