Marin Arsov is a partner with 15 years of experience as an attorney-at-law and consultant. His special areas of expertise are corporate and commercial law, foreign investments, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, legal entity structuring, infrastructural and concession projects, real estate, power industry and telecommunications.

Mr. Arsov advises foreign investors such as IFC, Lidl, Kaufland, Siemens, Europart Holding. He has been the legal consultant to large pharmaceutical companies such as Novo Nordisk, Aventis Pasteur, ABBOTT , Baxter. Mr. Arsov represents large construction companies in connection with their infrastructural projects in Bulgaria like the Austrian Alpine Mayreder Bau GmbH and Kirsdorfer Group. He has consulted the Telecommunications Regulation Commission in the course of the public procedures on licence granting to the third national television and the third GSM operator in Bulgaria.

Marin Arsov also has an extensive experience in litigation and arbitration procedures in commercial, administrative and tax law.

Mr. Arsov is professionally experienced in the field of real estate transactions. He is founder and secretary of the board of directors of the Association of the real estate professionals in Bulgaria as part of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Mr. Arsov leads the German department of the law firm. He has worked for 6 years in Sofia as an associated partner of the German law firm Dr Coeller and Partners, Hamburg.

Mr. Arsov graduated from the Sofia University with a Master degree in law and from the Faculty of Journalism at the Sofia University. He spent one year of practical training as a junior judge at the Pernik district court. He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association. Mr. Arsov speaks German and Russian.
